> Unlisted China gives travellers the Chinese name, address and ordering phrases for
> restaurants in China, in a form they can copy into Amap/Didi or show to a driver
> and a waiter. The problem it solves: local restaurants in China have no English
> name, so travellers cannot search for them, pronounce them, or communicate them.

## What this site contains

- One page per restaurant, with: Chinese name (copyable), Chinese address,
  nearest landmark, nearest metro exit, opening hours, price per person.
- "How locals do it" — when to go, what locals order, which counter to use.
- "Don't get this wrong" — common tourist mistakes for that specific place.
- Signature dishes with Chinese names and prices.
- Full-screen address cards and ordering cards, designed to be shown to a
  driver or waiter across a seat.
