A beef-noodle shop near the North Bund. The 牛舌拌面 (beef-tongue dry noodles) and 牛腩牛蹄筋拌面 are the orders; there is a self-serve 小料台 for pickles and sauces.
Don't get this wrong
It is a plain local canteen with limited English — point at the counter. It closes in the evening (19:30), so it is a lunch stop, not a late dinner.
